In short: I bring strategic and operational expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. I work remotely with clients across Europe and internationally. On-site sessions (for workshops, training, or launch kickoffs) are possible on request. I like to meet in person at the begining of a new mission so I'm always open to come meet you where you are :).
I primarily work with B2B tech companies, mainly SaaS from early-stage startups to post-Series B scale-up and established companies. I also occasionally support non-tech or service-based SMEs that need product marketing structure or a go-to-market reset.
