What is a Fractional Product Marketing Manager?

A Fractional Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is an external expert who joins your team part-time to design, lead, or strengthen your product marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
In short: I bring strategic and operational expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. It is ideal for small teams in larger companies, startups, scale-ups, or B2B tech companies that need structure, clarity, and growth acceleration.

How is a PMM different from a CMO or a Growth Manager?

A PMM sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales.
A CMO owns the overall marketing vision and brand.
A Growth Manager focuses on acquisition and performance.
A PMM bridges the gap clarifying your value proposition, shaping your positioning, and aligning your teams to turn product value into business results.
 As a Fractional PMM, I flex between these areas depending on your internal capabilities and current priorities. I'll step in where your team needs the most leverage. Whether you need to clarify your positioning, improve product adoption, or align go-to-market.

Where do you operate from?

I work remotely with clients across Europe and internationally.
 On-site sessions (for workshops, training, or launch kickoffs) are possible on request. I like to meet in person at the begining of a new mission so I'm always open to come meet you where you are :).

I primarily work with B2B tech companies, mainly SaaS from early-stage startups to post-Series B scale-up and established companies.  
I also occasionally support non-tech or service-based SMEs that need product marketing structure or a go-to-market reset.

What’s the difference between an ongoing engagement and a one shot mission?

I offer two flexible formats based on your needs:

One-time audit (10 days) → A short, focused engagement to assess your positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy, delivering clear recommendations and actionable deliverables (e.g. messaging framework, GTM plan, sales playbook).

Ongoing engagement (from 6 days/month) → A flexible, retained model to continuously guide your product marketing efforts, align teams, and ensure execution stays on track.

How does the collaboration work day-to-day?

I work embedded with your teams, often remotely.
Depending on the engagement:
I join your key strategic meetings,
Deliver frameworks, templates, and ready-to-use tools,
Train or challenge your teams on messaging and execution.
